Creation of use cases to be supported by IAV_Primula

What

IAV_Primula is planned to be a cryptoodriver that, using post-quantum algorithms such as ML-DSA and ML-KEM from the PQCleanAutomotive repository for exchange keys and generate/verify signatures. These two and additional implementation use cases are to be developed in this task.

Acceptance Criteria (DoD)

• At least five use cases have been described in a task and are ready for implementation.
