We need to add a component description for the FileSystem library that conforms to the S-CORE template: https://eclipse-score.github.io/process_description/main/folder_templates/modules/module_name/component_name/docs/index.html

Create a component description page for the FileSystem library following the template linked above. The new page should be added under the Baselibs module docs.
