Version `1.21` has two security issues ([GHSA-4g9r-vxhx-9pgx](GHSA-4g9r-vxhx-9pgx), [GHSA-4265-ccf5-phj5](GHSA-4265-ccf5-phj5)). The latest Version has no such issues.
Updated `org.apache.commons:commons-compress` to version `1.28.0` due to security issues in version `1.21`.
