[EuiIcon] Deprecate new aliases and remove unused

The purpose of this task is to address remaining deprecations and removals of icons. Any other changes beyond this issue will be tackled by @elastic/eui-icons, not by @elastic/eui-team to free up engineering capacity for higher effort initiatives.
