[BUG] scale not scrolling on high resolution scroll wheel

Description of the bug

On the scale widget when using a normal mouse it works but on a mouse like logitech G903 lightspeed when trying to scroll on it the scale doesnt change at all

Reproducing the issue

Try scrolling on scale widget using a mouse like logitech G903 lightspeed

Expected behaviour

the value to change on scroll on this mouse as well

Additional context

I have tried recording the scrolling using libinput debug-events and they look identical or am I missing something?
