Possible to deploy in azure as Container Apps (scallable)

Hi Team,

Is it possible to deploy emitter.io as container app in Azure with scalable features?. 
Env variable "EMITTER_CLUSTER_SEED" & "EMITTER_CLUSTER_ADVERTISE" helps in this scenario ?.
