access_log: add span id #43674

Coming from this discussion it would be nice to be able to add the span id into the access logs.
%TRACE_ID% is already available. %SPAN_ID% is not available.
As pointed out in the discussion there are two spans so the best way might be to just make both available %CLIENT_SPAN_ID% and %SERVER_SPAN_ID% so that the user can choose which one to take instead of having to choose in the implementation.
