How to use p2repo install all dependency

Hello,I'm used the oepn source project named 'jifa',and used the gradle plugin named 'dev.equo.p2deps'.
How can I use p2repo 'https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.30/' install all dependency?
