As part of the HAI seed grant, we are integrating Ribotree-mRNA, CDSFold, and LinearDesign into Eterna. For the moment, these inverse folding algorithms will follow the same build pipeline as the folding engines, and will be built and deployed to the folding/engines directory.
In the future, we may want to change this to a more general lib/built folder or something like this, as these new algorithms (and other future inverse folding or generative design algorithms) are not strictly folding engines.
