I am conducting historical research into when incident information became available. I would like to request records for one recovery notice:

An archived June 4 Atom entry contains the recovery notice but has an entry-level “updated” timestamp of 18:25:45 UTC, earlier than the reported resolution. I therefore cannot use that field alone to establish when the recovery text became available. This is a request to clarify the record, not an allegation that it was changed.
