Numpy Is Not Available

I am able to get the GUI running, however when attempting to generate speech I am greeted with the error "RuntimeError: Numpy is not available".

I have attempted updating Numpy to the latest version (1.24.3), however doing so causes an error when the GUI opens up.

I have not, sadly. Glad I'm not the only one having the problem at least.
