Sync, backup and deduplicate OpenSnitch rules

I created opensnitch-sync to simplify OpenSnitch rule management.

It allows you to:

• Sync rules to a single config file.
• Merge rules between the config and OpenSnitch.
• Deduplicate overlapping rules
• Simplify slightly similar rules (e.g. domain.tld + foo.domain.tld -> (.*.)?domain.tld`)

My current main use case it to not having to reconfigure rules between two devices.
