Bug: Grand-Report 'Invalid Emails' checking doesn't use ignore-patterns stored in a repository

In a repository files, some emails are mentioned, which considered as 'incorrect' by both CyberFerret (v.1.3.0, dictionary 1.35) and Grand-Report.
Then, all these emails are marked as 'Ignored' via CyberFerret UI - it adds them into grand-report.json file in the repository.
Then, the repository owner committed and pushed it into main branch.

The problem:

• After all above, Grand-Report still reports that the repository has incorrect emails;.

An example:

• Grand-Report generated at 17/06/2026 and 16/06, 15/06, ...
• Repository: https://github.com/Netcracker/qubership-testing-platform-processcomparator-library
• In the Grand-Report - 10 incorrect emails in the repository.
• In CyberFerret - all 10 emails are marked as dark-green (=ignored)

These emails were marked as 'ignored' some months ago.
