Add new recipe for simple image deployments

Currently, if one wants to deploy an image, they need to create new `exoframe.json` with that image in there along with other params.
While that works, it might be more convenient to add `exoframe-recipe-image` that would allow running `exoframe setup image` that would setup image in interactive manner (most of time env and volumes are pretty much all that is needed).
