Anyway (that's my guess) you're having troubles with some inherited dependencies for docling.
Try fixing the versions by adding the following dependencies in your requirements.txt file:

docling==2.9.0
docling-core==2.8.0
docling-ibm-models==2.0.7
docling-parse==2.1.2
