CI builds failing because of ansible-core >=2.20.0 required for python 3.14 support

It seems there isn't a clean solution for this at present unless switching to a pre-release version of Ansible meta package for pip install.

I'll revisit this and see when 13 is released, likely fixing itself or requiring pinning of ansible meta.

Right now I'm just waiting for all my test environment container images to update to the latest Ansible version. Waiting for that to happen over the next week or so. See: ansible/ansible-lint#4822
