Improve jenkins job to provide a release-candidate package

Description

Now we use QA-build to get binary and war to test before release. Anyway this task builds mapstore with the printing profile, to install on QA.

We need to have a job that produces binary without the printing plugin, to have a result more similar to the one available on the final release.
