Description
All of the below is true, the difference is that we move over to the even newer cli: https://cli.sentry.dev/
Original message
We released a new Sentry CLI major version (3.0.0).
Our SDKs directly (React Router, Remix) and indirectly (NextJS, Sveltekit, Nuxt, etc) depend on Sentry CLI. We should update to the new major version as soon as we can.
CLI in v4 limits support for older Self-Hosted versions and sets a 25.x (TBD) version as the minimum version. We should therefore only update to the v4 major version when we drop SH support within our SDKs. Which we'll have to do anyway with the next SDK major.
Before we can do this in our SDKs, we need a new bundler plugins major (tracked in getsentry/sentry-javascript-bundler-plugins#825)
