Remote session URL displays as a 'Open in browser' link which is not working in containers/remote hosts

Affected version

1.0.39

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. In Windows Terminal open interactive shell inside Linux container
2. copilot --remote
3. Observe "Open in browser" does nothing

Expected behavior

"Open in browser" works when working with GitHub CLI inside Linux container (or a remote host that is not equipped with system browser)
