Private git repository

Bigstraw just run with "github.com", and it doesn't run with a private git repository like "bitbucket" or "stash".

I made a fork to resolve this issue, you can check at "https://github.com/froucher/bigstraw". Note that in the json file there's an optional field "url" ("url" : "bitbucket.org/froucher0")
