Deleting orphaned users ("Check LDAP") not working

In the admin GUI under Domain > Users
when you click on "Check LDAP" you see a list of "orphaned users" (users present in grommunio but not on ldap server)

there a various buttons to delete one or all of these users (with or without files)
but none of these "delete" buttons do anything. users are not removed.

Can you give me more details about your environment? Is the domain part of an organization? Are you using a multiserver environment?

I see the same behaviour on several installations (all installed by 2026 appliance iso or 2025 appliance iso updated to suse16).

All environments have one server and one organization which has one domain.

The LDAP server is always a Windows DC 2016/2019/2022 (if relevant).

just let me know if you need any more specific info, debug logs or so...
