Improve entity constraints #988
Description
Constrain allowable entity ancestors via the endpoint (/constraints??) used by the IVTs to constrain the ancestors for (parents/ancestors -> child/descendant) :
- sample types -> dataset types (need list of allowable sample types)
- sample types -> sample types (need table of allowable sample types from other sample types)
- donor -> organ
- dataset -> publication
