Subject: [PATCH] Support: probe CPU lane via shared-infra change

Comment-only change to tests/lint/.markdownlint.yaml: shared test
infrastructure flips every detect-changes flag, so the /run-cpu lane
exercises all T1 and T3 jobs on this PR.
