user/{address} route not working

The user/{address} route is returning {"error":"sql: no rows in result set"} for an address that is connected to a Gods Unchained account. user/{address}/inventory using the same address returns correct results.

As far as I know, Gods Unchained is using Immutable X marketplace now, so you can probably use the Immutable X API to retrieve this information: https://docs.x.immutable.com/docs

I wanted to get info about centralized (not on chain) cards, and it doesn't return anything for neither of my connected addresses, while I have over 150 cards in inventory:
