Policy for localas_ibgp neighbors

And I was wondering if localas_ibgp neighbors should fall under IBGP policies instead?

Yes I read that, but that doesn't change the fact that ibgp neighbors should be subject to ibgp policies

In my mind, the solution would be to move local-address out from the ibgp-peers group and put it under individual ibgp type neighbors
