-if Not Supported

I am presumably missing something really silly but it appears that the -if option is not supported. In fact, after reviewing the Program.cs file (https://github.com/jamietre/SharpLinter/blob/master/source/SharpLinterExe/Program.cs) the switch statement for the -if option appears to be missing entirely.

Thanks - I am not sure what happened there. I haven't looked at this in a long time, but the functionality does exist (as defined by config file "ignorefile" directive) so shouldn't be hard to activate that option.

I still use sharplinter all the time, just haven't had much need to touch it lately!

There also seems to be an issue with the ignore section and ignore file options. They don't seem to work correctly either and the switches are mis-labeled :(.
