Add documentation chapter on preset configurations and architectural recipes

Description

It is desirable to add a chapter to the docs explaining how to create and share preset configurations that could be used in some frameworks to ensure good practices without the need to define extra configuration.

Proposed Solution

Consider publishing a dedicated "Recipes" or "Presets" section on the official documentation website (RFC #374) where users can:

• Share and discover preset configuration packages for different architectural patterns and best practices
• Link to community-maintained repositories containing pre-configured ESLint setups for popular frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, etc.)
• Document implementation patterns for creating shareable preset packages
• Showcase real-world examples of architectural best practices configurations
