Update to 3.5.9 causing images to disappear from Posts/Pages

Hi Jonathan,

When trying to upgrade the plugin to 3.5.9, the images no longer appear. So, in the current version, we can attach the images so they show up down the right hand side bar when in the Wordpress dashboard but when the upgrade is done, the images are no longer there.

Wondering if anyone else had this issue and if there is a solution.
