The log had 21 entries dated today, all of them from the morning. Nothing covered the afternoon, which is when the day's most correctable failures happened. The same-commit rule is the only mechanism that keeps the bundle current, so a missing entry is a permanent gap, not a backlog item. Two concepts touched plus the log entry: **voice-rules** gains "Slop is found by cold eyes, not by a score or a grep". A `bin/check-post-voice` was built and deleted the same day on Paul's call. The part worth writing down is what the four-lens panel caught that no regex could: every H2 in three posts landing on a one-sentence aphorism, all three opening on the same two-beat reveal. Sentence lengths varied; the choreography did not. The section names the panel composition and the rule that made it work - each reviewer must name something it would cut, because three approvals means the panel was not asked a real question. **test-gates** gains "Inject BOTH directions, or the gate is half-tested". Planting the defect proves the gate can fire; it does not prove the gate can stay quiet. The missing half cost four false positives today, each named in the section - including a marker that accused this repo's own real jt_site case study of being fabricated. Operational half: when a gate accuses something, reproduce the accusation by hand before believing it. **STATUS.md** blog row rewritten. It described a workstream constrained by the outreach gate and pointed at a queue; it did not say the pipeline had no invokable way to produce a post, or that three now exist and shipped. Next-step column carries the §13h uncited-guides work with its traffic ordering and the warning to re-rank before starting. Gate: okf_validate --strict conformant, 138 warnings - all pre-existing and tracked (same-day log headings, 23 concepts missing `timestamp`) in docs/projects/2608-site-design-system/README.md under Outstanding. Neither touched concept has a top-level `timestamp` field to bump, and neither title nor description changed, so no ruflo `okf` mirror upsert is due. OKF: the afternoon's learnings were missing from the bundle
