Subject: [PATCH] All: Add referal code to DigitalOcean sponsorship link

Requested by DigitalOcean to help measure impact and attribute
sign-ups to the sponsorshop link.

Note that our account is sponsored, so while I don't know if this
will add credits to our account or not, it doesn't make a difference
in that either way DigitalOcean is sponsoring us.
