Test edge cases for editing notebook as text file #145
Description
In JupyterLab a user can open a notebook both as a notebook and as a text file, either at the same time or different times. I have done this and encountered weird cases that suggest this use case is broken in subtle ways. We need to do a solid round of testing and identify the issues.
