Bahavior of outputs when copying a cell with outputs #162
Description
If you make a copy of an existing cell that has outputs, the new cell with have the outputs in the UI, but the outputs are not persisted in the OutputsManager. As a result, when you reload the notebook, the outputs won't be present. This is a subtle edge case we will need to think through.
