Unable to load css files #98
Description
Custom styles defined in rise.css or <filename>.css is not loaded. The files are placed in the same folder as the <filename>.ipynb file. Jupyterlab was opened from the parent folder of <filename>.ipynb. The following 403 warning is the terminal output:
403 GET /files//rise.css (::1): /rise.css is not in root static directory
