Use released SDK 0.109.0 (#262)
## Summary
- replace the temporary Go SDK preview commit with the published
v0.109.0 release
- refresh module checksums
## Tests
- `go test ./...`
- `git diff --check`

> Swaps the **kernel-go-sdk** dependency from a temporary pseudo-version
(`v0.0.0-20260917183146-…`) to the published release **v0.109.0**, and
updates **go.sum** checksums accordingly.

> There are no CLI source changes in this PR—only module metadata—so
behavior depends on whatever changed between the preview commit and
**0.109.0** in the SDK itself.
