Static vs Dynamic PIN indicators

• Starting from version 2.0, PasscodeView supports the dynamic length of the PIN.
• If the length is dynamic, there won't be any empty indicator in the view. As the user enters the PIN, new filled indicators will be added to the view.
• If the PIN length is set, PINView will display the empty indicators. As the user enters the PIN digit, these empty indicators will be converted to filled state.
