Add support for Monero

Monero is the best privacy coin for practical, real-world, always-on privacy. it makes sense for Logos / Keycard to support Monero and not just surveillance coins (bitcoin + ethereum)

Should haves:

• Support polyseeds (they integrate the restore height into the seed phrase)
• Generate a new subaddress for each transaction, avoiding letting the user reuse them by default

Nice to haves:

• Support Cake Wallet's QR integration
