bug: can't login to see newly created community

If a user is logged out of their newly created/unreviewed community, there's no real way to log back in, as they will be greeted by a 404.

Not really sure what the proper fix is, redirect them to the pubpub.org login page with a &redirectTo?

On the 404 page, we already say:

Check to make sure you've typed the URL correctly. If you're certain there should be a Community here, please contact us.

Maybe we just update that to say:

... Community here, please make sure you're logged in first and then reload this page, or contact us.

The 404 page is a static notFound.html file - so a little bulkier to have it form the correct redirect url, but we could if we wanna just use a plain js script to set the url. If we did that, we could remove the 'and then reload this page'.
