Is it ok to post geocoding issues about wrong or missing results?

Hello,

I’m using Photon at my company to provide city name search on real estate websites.
While verifying the process, I noticed that some cities cannot be found using their exact names.

I already submitted issue #969, but I’m not sure if this is the right place to report such problems.

For example, when I search for Château-Chinon (Ville), I get the following results:

• The node Château-Chinon
• The relation Château-Chinon (Ville) arrondissement
• The relation Château-Chinon (Campagne)

…but not Château-Chinon (Ville).

Should I submit a issue for this?
