disable log! in release mode

in release tracing can be used

Hi. If you want to log only in debug mode you can use debug_log! macro.

but i think there is no need to have both log! and debug_log!
the behavior of debug_log! could be set for log! (no need to both of them)
this logs are useful in development
in production, on the server log system like tracing are better solution and on client i can't think of use of console logs
