Improve licensing features

Hi! I maintain ScanCode, a popular FOSS tool for license and code origin scanning. We track many licenses ... and recently a growing crop of AI-related licenses, as you can see in some pending TODOs at https://github.com/aboutcode-org/scancode-toolkit/issues/?q=is%3Aissue state%3Aopen label%3Anew-license

Couple thoughts:

1. What bout extending the set of licenses you track, to better match what is seen in the wild?
2. We could collaborate on the licenses, especially tagging them wrt. your evaluation criteria?
3. Have you thought about supporting SPDX license expressions?

Thank you for bringing this up. This definitely sounds interesting to me. Right now we're focusing on getting the system in better shape and make it more user friendly as well as update the data but once this settles down it would be interesting to investigate this further.
