feature request: tab completion in hivexsh

Hivexsh currently does a basic readline loop. It might be a good idea to add a tab completion function and bind tab to rl_complete so one can just tab their way throughout the tree without running ls and relying on copy-pasting.

PS: The online HTML manpage (https://libguestfs.org/hivexsh.1.html) cross-references are not properly resolving hivex's on man pages as they link to HE's website (which obviously won't have hivex man pages). Instead of resolving to http://man.he.net/man$SECTION/$TITLE you might want to do https://libguestfs.org/$TITLE.$SECTION.html. It's better to 404 on external program references than to 404 on your own. (You can add an additional redirect on your webserver to manned.ord/$TITLE.$SECTION or some other site for the pages you don't have, so neither internal or external references would be 404.)
