Support Zarr v3

Summary

The current implementation supports only the Zarr v2 specification because it depends on n5-zarr-1.3.5.

Support for Zarr v3 was introduced in n5-zarr-2.0.0. We should investigate upgrading the dependency and enabling Zarr v3 support in geff-java.

Tasks

• Upgrade n5-zarr to the latest compatible version.
• Verify compatibility with existing Zarr v2 functionality.
• Add support and tests for reading and writing Zarr v3 datasets, as applicable.
• Update the documentation to reflect Zarr v3 support.
