https://github.com/llnl/smith/pull/1600#discussion_r3517189058 We temporarily install a newer CMake version. Once [radiuss-docker](https://github.com/llnl/radiuss-docker/blob/main/scripts/install-cmake-binary.sh) installs a CMake version 3.26+, we can remove these sections from the dockerfiles.
