Steps To Reproduce

Not all chapters are displayed, only the last 50 chapters.

There is also a problem with sorting the chapters, they are not in order.

Expected Behavior

So that all chapters are displayed and in order.

Actual Behavior

The problems are described above.
We see not all chapters and the wrong order of chapters.

The plugin version is 1.0.2 and I see only 50 chapters.
