What's the problem?

Our current state of logging seems insufficient and broken.

As an example, this run shows an error for nodejs.install, but when viewing the logs for the run located here, both logs seem to not show any information in regards to nodejs.

Even worse, the log-VM-windows-2022 looks to be severely limited and cut off (looks to be in the middle of a run rather than a full run).

Steps to Reproduce

View logs from recent runs, such as daily test.
