mbview menu icon (and css formatting) missing due to missing css file

• installed mbview based on instructions at https://www.npmjs.com/package/mbview/v/1.8.1
• run mbview <my_file>.mbtiles file (or use example baja-highways.mbtiles mbview examples/baja-highways.mbtiles
• open map in a browser at http://localhost:3000/#12/32.22/-110.92

As you can see the menu is 0 px by 0 px 👇

This seems to be because icon menu big is missing. This is because https://www.mapbox.com/base/latest/base.css in vector.ejs is missing.

I'm not sure if this is the only css file that is missing, haven't really had time to dig deeper, but I imagine this is the issue, and it seems this missing base.css file controls the css for all the menus 👇
