Microbit won't flash from Chromebook using bluetooth

Describe the bug
During flashing the chromebook repeatedly reports that the microbit is connected, then disconnected. The flashing then fails with either a "too many open connections" or "gatt error" error code, seemingly at random. Frustratingly the app defaults to bluetooth, so I could not flash code to the microbit until I sent the code to makecode online and flashed from there via the USB.

  Add any other context about the problem here.! Brand new microbit, 1st time using the app on this device. Never had problems with bluetooth stability before on this device.

If you are using the Android App on a Chromebook, the general recommendation is to use the MakeCode editor directly in the browser with WebUSB, as it generally provides a better experience.

I was using the app. I'll stick to the browser then, it's just frustrating having the bluetooth not working because I've had this issue with iPads before, but with V1. I was hoping to buy a set of Microbits to use with my home education groups, but they'll be providing their own devices, so I'm frustrated that I can't rely on the bluetooth flashing again with V2.
