[Idea] Missing error when failed to deploy

Idea Description

Hi,

I previously raised an issue regarding missing errors in this area, and a warning has since been added instead

Would it be possible to have this treated as an error rather than a warning, so that the CI/CD pipeline is marked as failed? In its current form, it’s very easy to miss that a deployment has not completed successfully.
