Sample with Security and Full Trust

Feature Request:
A sample that demonstrates:
A WPF dotnetcore3.1 desktop app that is being packaged with a packaging project into a MSIX/APPX bundle, and Microsoft Store ready too.

WPF app that can

• open a Browser with hyperlink Process.Start (e.g. https://stackoverflow.com/a/60221582/1586498)
• has a EntityFramework app.config connection string and it requires encrypting

Packaging app that has;

• FullTrust of the referenced app(?)

Guidance on:

• Store submission re: additional on-boarding review for FullTrust and apps that open Browsers using the Process.Start command.
• Enrypting app.config on 'install' or 'build' of the packaging project
